Location: Greenway Farms Pool, 55 Meade Drive, Leesburg, VA 20175

Parking Details: Additional parking is available on Greenway Drive and Meade Drive once the pool parking lot is full.

Entrance Instructions: Athletes and spectators should use the locker rooms to enter and exit the pool area.

Restricted Areas: The game room is reserved for concessions and the baby pool is closed during the meet.

Warm-ups: Please arrive at the pool by 7:00 am

• Greenway Gators Warm-up: 7:10 am - 7:30 am
• Dulles Farm Warm-up: 7:30 am - 7:50 am
• The National Anthem will be played around 8:00 am. Coach Emma will look for several swimmers to swim flags across the pool.

Volunteers: The meet will not begin until all volunteer spots are filled. Please sign up now to avoid delays on Saturday morning.

• Check-in by 7:15 am. There is a table located just outside the baby pool area where volunteers can check in and pick up their name tags.
• Stroke & Turn meeting at 7:40 am
• Timers briefing at 7:50 am near the lifeguard office

Spectator Viewing Area: The area under the awning/sunshade is reserved for the swimmers. Visiting team spectators will set up in the snack area to the far right on the pool deck. Home team spectators can set up just about anywhere else around the pool deck. Please be sure to leave walking space around the perimeter of the pool for our volunteers and swimmers to move about.

Please remind your swimmers to stay with the team during the meet. If the coaches cannot find your swimmer for their event, they might miss it.

Concessions: Cash-only concessions will be available with an assortment of items to include the fan favorite...Anita's Breakfast Burritos!

Weather: If weather impacts the swim meet, a text alert will be sent using SwimTopia. Our pool management company has a 30-minute wait period after a thunder/lightning strike. The pool deck must be cleared during that time. Team Reps and Head Coaches will address any weather delays accordingly.

Heat Sheets: Will be published on the Documents and Links page once available. Copies will also be displayed in the team area at the meet

Hello Gators! The Stoneleigh Stars are excited to host the Gators on Saturday, June 29th. Their meet theme is “Red, White and Blue.” ALL meet attendees are invited to participate!

Address for Stoneleigh Pool: 35271 Prestwick Court Round Hill, VA 20141

Parking: There are two parking lots; one right by the pool (the upper parking lot) and one further down Prestwick by the Stoneleigh clubhouse (the lower parking lot). Please do not park in any marked fire lanes as the club will tow cars in the fire lanes. Please also refrain from parking on Prestwick Court in front of the residential houses. The upper parking lot in front of the pool house will be blocked off with cones. This is for the safety of all swimmers while in their team areas. Please do not go past the area blocked off by cones with their vehicles.

Greenway Gators Team Area: Our team will set up in front of the pool house entrance to the right. This space will be roped off and labeled. Swimmers are welcome to bring tents and chairs/blankets to sit on to make a comfortable shaded area. There is no sun coverage. Swimmers truly must stay with the team on Saturday. Our team area is outside the pool and swimmers have to walk around to get on deck. If swimmers are not in the team area there is a higher likelihood they will miss their event(s).

Spectators: May set up on the one side of the pool deck or in the grassy areas inside and outside along the fence. They may also sit in their team area. The other side of the pool deck is reserved for officials and coaches only and the baby pool area will be closed. Entrance and exit to the pool deck will be via the side gate of our pool (this is also where swimmers will enter for their events). No one can enter the pool area through the pool house because it causes a traffic jam with the timers and officials.

Restrooms: Restrooms can be accessed from the outside of the pool house (near the team areas) for everyone. Only those working on deck - officials, timers and coaches should access restrooms from the pool deck. This keeps traffic flowing by the end of the pool where the swimmers enter the water.

Concessions: The snack bar will be open during our meet. They will serve breakfast sandwiches, donuts, and various drinks and snacks! The club accepts credit cards and cash. Please note, that concessions (items and prices) are managed by the club, not the swim team.

Parking Details: We reserve our pool parking lot for our invited team. There should be enough parking, however, if the lot is full then we recommend you drop your swimmer off and find street parking on Patrice Drive, SE. Please do NOT park in the parking lots for our townhomes on Cobbler Terrace, Tammy Terrace or Spencer Terrace, as those spots are reserved for residents only.

Schedule:

• Our Pool Deck will Open to everyone at 7:00 AM
• Warmups for Kincaid Forest will be 7:15-7:30 AM
• Warmups for Greenway Farms will be 7:35-7:50 AM
• The Meet will start promptly at 8:00 AM.
• Official briefings will occur at 7:30 am. Immediately followed by Timer Briefings at 7:40 am.

Seating: The home and visiting teams sit on opposite sides of the pool. We invite our visiting team to sit on the side of the pool closest to the entrance of the pool. 

Concessions will be available! We do take Cash and Venmo.

Supervision: Coaches are responsible for the conduct of their swimmers and families and for cleaning up their team areas.

Officials: Greenway Farms will provide 2-3 Stroke and Turn judges.

Volunteers: Greenway Farms will provide 9 timers for the meet. Please also bring at least one person to work on ribbons for your team. We will supply ribbons.
