The Greenway Gators Swim Team is pleased to be able to offer team memberships to non-resident families. If interested, non-resident swim team families are also welcome to apply for a pool membership.
NOTE: The $100 HOA surcharge applied when you join the Greenway Gators will be refunded to your family by our Treasurer. Please email [email protected] to share a copy of your pool membership and start your reimbursement process.

Please note that all Private Pool Memberships are filled on a first-come first-served basis.
MEMBERSHIP FEES: The Private Pool Membership for 2026 is $350 for up to five (5) family members, residing in the same household/domicile. Each additional family member in the household is $50. **Once an application is processed and approved, membership fees are non-refundable. Make check(s) payable to GREENWAY FARMS HOA.
POOL MANAGEMENT: Continental Pools will manage and operate our pool again this year. We are looking forward to another great pool season.
