• 6:30 AM: Parking open for swimmer drop-off and team area setup
• 7:00 AM: Team Rep Meeting
• 7:00 AM - 7:25 AM: 1st warm up
• 7:30 - 7:55 AM: 2nd warm up (Greenway Gators)
• 8:00 AM: National Anthem
• 8:05 AM: Swim Meet Begins
• After Backstroke: Break / awards ceremony (20-30 min) / volunteer transitions
• 12:30 PM: Meet Hard Stop
• 1:00 PM: Deck Cleared 

Please note: Team Reps will check the AQI levels and forecast again at 5:00 AM tomorrow morning. If they are not significantly improved, this may result in additional changes for tomorrow's meet. We will notify you of any changes ASAP tomorrow morning.
