Good afternoon,

Loudoun Valley Estates is looking forward to hosting the Division 6 swim meet tomorrow. The Gators will take to the pool alongside, the Kirkpatrick Farms Kraken, Loudoun Valley Estates Torpedoes, and Potomac Station Sailfish.

Meet Timeline:

• 5:30 AM: Parking open for swimmer drop-off and team area setup
• 6:00 AM: Team Rep Meeting
• 6:00 AM - 6:25 AM: 1st warm up
• 6:30 - 6:55 AM: 2nd warm up (Greenway Gators)
• 7:00 AM: National Anthem
• 7:05 AM: Swim Meet Begins
• After Backstroke: Break / awards ceremony (20-30 min) / volunteer transitions
• 12:30 PM: Meet Hard Stop
• 1:00 PM: Deck Cleared

Swimmers: Please be at the pool NLT 6:15 AM so you can put your things down and be ready for warm ups

Team Area: We are in a parking lot - please be sure to bring chairs or blankets. We will have 4 blue tents for our team area.

Spectators will sit with the team between events - there is only space on deck for spectators watching active events.

We have 27 families representing 41 swimmers for this meet. Clerk of Course and Computer Ops Assistant are currently set up for the full meet and can be shared.
