The Exeter Eagles look forward to hosting the Greenway Gators at our meet on Wednesday, June 17^th.

Location: Exeter Pool, 350 Plaza St NE, Leesburg, VA 20176

Parking Details: Ample Primary and Overflow Parking is available. Please see the attached map. Primary parking is accessible from Plaza St., section A on the map. Section B is overflow parking accessible from Plaza across the street from the pool. Section C is additional overflow parking accessible via Fieldstone Dr from Battlefield Pkwy. The solid yellow lines on the map represent road access to parking. The dashed yellow lines represent walking paths to the pool entrance.

Entrance instructions - The pool entrance is through the pool house breezeway off Plaza St.

Theme - The Exeter theme for this Meet is Neon Glow Party. Greenway families, let's show up decked out in our theme, Tie Dye!

Wednesday Schedule:

• Pool Deck open: 5:00 PM
• Exeter warmups: 5:10-5:30 PM
• Greenway Farms warmups: 5:30-5:50 PM
• The Meet will start promptly at 6:00 PM.

**Official briefings will occur at 5:30 PM. Immediately followed by Timer Briefings at 5:45 PM.

Team Staging Area - Please refer to the pool deck map below. The Gators will use the orange areas on the pool deck map.

Relays – Exeter typically has time for all scheduled relay events during Wednesday dual meets, if the meet runs efficiently. Swimmers are reminded to please stay in the team area to help keep the evening running smoothly.

Concessions – The Eagles will have evening-appropriate concessions for sale during the meet. All proceeds support the team. They accept cash and Venmo (min $5 for Venmo).
