We are looking forward to seeing the Gators back in action for our Divisional swim meet tomorrow morning!

Location: 55 Meade Drive SW, Leesburg, VA

Parking: Parking for this swim meet is OFFSITE in the field at Greenway Manor. After dropping off your swimmer(s), please proceed on Meade heading toward Route 15. Turn North (left) onto Route 15. At the next stop light, turn right onto Greenway Drive. Take the first left and follow the signs to park in the field adjacent to the big red barn at Greenway Manor.

Meet Schedule:

Swimmers may be dropped off beginning at 5:45 am.

• 6:05 - 6:20 am - Warmup 1: Greenway Farms (lanes 1-3) and Belmont (lanes 4-6)
• 6:20 - 6:35 am - Warmup 2: Franklin Park (lanes 1-3) and Hartland (lanes 4-6)
• 6:35 - 6:50 am- Warmup 3: Kirkpatrick Farms
• 6:50 am - Pool closed for final set-up/staging
• 6:55 am - National Anthem (All 6Us and Boys 7-8 should be lined up in chairs for events 1 through 3 at this time)
• 7:00 am - Meet begins
• 12:00 pm - Meet ends

URGENT NEED - Volunteers:

This meet cannot happen without ALL volunteer spots filled. Greenway Farms still needs the following:

• Parking Attendant (5:30 am - 7:00 am, you will be finished when the meet begins!)
• Swimmer Drop-off (5:30 am - 7:00 am, you will be finished when the meet begins!)
• Clerk of Course (2nd half!) - You will take over from Megan Smith (thank you!) when the breaststroke events begin
• Concessions (1st half and 2nd half) - You can step away to watch your swimmer. We cannot run a concessions stand without help, and NO ONE from Greenway has signed up. Please help!!
• Timers (2nd half) - We need 3 to help from breaststroke to IM. You get to see the whole second half of the meet. It's perfect!!
• Deck Marshall (1st half and 2nd half) - This is just making sure people are staying in assigned areas on deck and ensuring people don't camp out for the whole meet.
• Clean Up: Still need representation from Greenway here. Please make it official.
