Meet Declaration Instructions

• Log in to your Swimtopia account using your email/password (www.greenwaygators.swimtopia.com)
• Navigate to the Meets and Events Calendar on the Meets & Events page
• Next to the event labeled "2025 FPS-Stingrays vs Greenway Gators" click the GREEN "Meet Entry" button
• Click BLACK "edit" button
• For each swimmer, select the option of "attending" or "not attending" from the drop-down box
• Click the checkbox next to the events your swimmer would like to swim, if known (otherwise, Coach Emma will choose events for your swimmer).
  • NOTE: Coach Emma may adjust your event entry based on performance/skill demonstrated in practice
• Be sure also to indicate whether your swimmer is available to participate in relay events, which are held at the end of the meet (e.g., if you have to leave early, please indicate that you cannot participate in relays).
• Add any important notes for the coaches
• Click the BLACK "SAVE" button
