The Woodlea Watermocs are excited to host our swim meet on Saturday, July 12! Details below!

Spirit Theme: Green Out! Wear as much green or green Gators gear as you can!

Location: 1430 Hague Drive SW, Leesburg, VA

Parking: Please park in the clubhouse parking lot. If the parking lot is full, please park on the street. Be mindful of driveways and fire hydrants.

Meet Schedule:

• Gators warm up: 7:35 - 7:55 am
• Timers and Officials Meeting: 7:40 am
• Meet begins: 8:00 am
• Meet ends: 11:30 am (This is a hard stop)

Team Staging: The area right behind the clubhouse is designated for the Gators. Please remind swimmers to stay with the team. If a swimmer cannot be found for their event, they will miss their race. The Watermocs have a hard stop at 11:30 am. Keeping everyone together will help ensure we can make that happen AND finish all of our events.

Spectators: Seating is available on the pool deck on the side closest to the clubhouse. Everyone is encouraged to bring chairs and canopies for shade.

Please note that the sliding board and toddler pool are closed for the duration of the meet. There is a playground inside the pool area (opposite side of the pool from the clubhouse) that will be open. Any children who want to use this area must be supervised by a responsible adult. No exceptions. Thank you for helping keep everyone safe on deck and around the pool during the meet.

Concessions: A variety of concessions will be available to include burritos, Chick-fil-A, sweet treats, and drinks. Cash, credit, and Venmo are accepted.
